Icon position

The position on the map is in left lower corner of the icon, which does not fit most of the icons. In a bigger scale, the icons appear some hundret k right from the correct position. The position shoul be exact where e.g. the needle of the pin points.

Have a filter option and allow to hide certain criteria.

I color code locations with pushpins and it would be helpful to hide certain colors and only view selected criteria.
